ISMMA Comparative Database

The ISMMA database is a tool to compare secondary mortgage funders and guarantors across the globe in the interests of sharing best practice and providing all stakeholders with a better understanding of the sector. It combines basic information on the key details with links to allow more in depth study.

It has three sections with information about

• the entities themselves, including their ownership, structure and constitution
• the funding tools that they provide to their members whether loans or bonds, with or without recourse, and
• mortgage guarantee schemes that they provide
