1	Sector guaranteed	PMRC is acting as a Trustee of CGT providing guarantees to cover credit loss of PFIs. These guarantees cover mortgages to Low Income Segment only
2	Eligibility criteria	Specific scheme criteria as approved by State Bank of Pakistan and PMRC
3	Risk covered	RSF – I – Upto 40% on portfolio basis RSF -II Upto 50% on portfolio basis and Upto 60% in case of green and women
4	Beneficiary of guarantee, treatment of guarantee (if applicable)	Risk Weight of 0%, for capital adequacy purposes, on the guaranteed portion of eligible Low Cost Housing Finance covered under Risk Sharing Facility of PMRC.
